Kirkwood Homes is celebrating after being named a finalist in five prestigious categories at The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2025.
The ‘Gullane’ at Inchmarlo in Banchory has been shortlisted for both Best Family Home (Large) and Best Luxury Home, while The ‘Lomond’ at The Paddocks in Colinsburgh is a contender for Best Family Home (Small) and Best Show Home. Additionally, the developer’s Balgillo Heights development in Broughty Ferry is in the running for Development of the Year.
The impressive ‘Gullane’ is a five bedroom detached home offering 297m² of internal floor space, while the 158m² ‘Lomond’ is also a five bedroom detached home and the latest addition to Kirkwood’s suite of showhomes. The sold-out Balgillo Heights development consisted of 250 three, four and five bedroom homes.
The winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony on Thursday, September 25 (2025) at the Doubletree by Hilton, Glasgow Central.
