Aberdeen-based KLT Networking has held its first 'Power of Ten' networking event for members of its 'Ten' sales intel groups.

Over 80 member businesses attended last week's event at the Village Hotel, Kingswells, for a morning of networking, expert speakers and presentations.

Following the launch of the first group in October 2009, there are now 15 of these groups throughout Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, with members from a wide variety of sectors, including energy, marketing, finance, accountancy, legal, relocations, IT, QHSE and hospitality. They have now generated over £30million in new sales for members' businesses.

Siobhan Jaffray, KLT's Ten Groups relationships manager said: "We thoroughly enjoyed bringing members of all 15 groups together for the first time. It's been great to hear about all the new connections, relationships and opportunities as a result of the event. After hearing such positive feedback, we're looking forward to delivering quarterly events for members."

And Debbie Mackenzie of Collabrio Coaching and the Sten group said: "The concept really ticks all the boxes - supportive, informative and productive. I really enjoyed making some new connections and renewing contact with former colleagues. And the talks were awesome!"
