Aberdeenshire-based steel, cladding and sheet metal specialist, KR Group has announced two senior internal promotions, reinforcing its leadership team as the business continues to grow.
The appointments reflect the company’s ongoing investment in its people and internal structure, ensuring it is well-positioned to support increasing project demand and future expansion.
Jayne Simpson has been promoted to Head of Finance, in recognition of her significant contribution to the company’s financial management and development. In her new role, Jayne will lead financial operations across the business, further strengthening financial processes and supporting strategic decision-making as KR Group continues to scale.

Alongside this appointment, Lauren Moroney has been promoted to Business Operations Supervisor, taking on an expanded remit focused on supporting day-to-day operations. Lauren will play a key role in project coordination and in maintaining efficient internal processes across the organisation.
