KR Group recently hosted a successful sheet metal Open Morning at its headquarters in Newburgh, Aberdeenshire, offering attendees the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the company’s fabrication capabilities and project support services.
Held on Wednesday 18 March 2026, the event welcomed clients and industry contacts to KR Group HQ at Loanhead Industrial Estate for a relaxed and informative session. The morning combined a facility tour, technical overview and informal networking.
Guests were invited to explore the company’s dedicated sheet metal facility, where they were able to view recent project samples and see the quality and range of fabrication work delivered by the team. The event also provided a valuable opportunity to meet the KR Sheet Metal team and discuss how early-stage collaboration can support more efficient project delivery.
A presentation led by Project and Procurement Manager, Ellen Delph, outlined the division’s machinery, in-house capabilities and approach to fabrication. Attendees heard how KR Sheet Metal supports contractors, energy and industrial clients with bespoke solutions designed to reduce site installation time, improve coordination and help manage overall project costs.
