Laeso Fish are pleased to welcome Liza Cooper as Operations Manager and Angus Wilson as an Assistant Buyer who both joined the firm on May 1.
Before joining Laeso Fish Ltd, Liza had worked in various similar industries such as Macduff, Vista seafoods in Denmark and in fresh and frozen foods. She brings with her over 12 years of experience.
Liza will support the team to improve efficiency within the facility, and introducing new IT and processing systems.
Angus is a young professional, having experience as a Marine Biologist and has spent 2021 and 2022 working for Mara Seaweed as a Production Expert, that role had him shortlisted- for Young Person in Food and Drink Award 2022.
Angus will work with the landings team to source product and deal with boats.
