Leading, independent care provider Mitchell & Murdoch Care Ltd has celebrated trebling the size of its team in just one year with the launch of a new division.
The company, which is part of The Mitchell & Murdoch Group, has grown its staff from 40 to 120 people during the past 12 months uplevelling its presence in key markets serviced from bases in Aberdeen, Dundee, Falkirk, Glenrothes and Perth.
A newly launched, dedicated Scotland-wide agency division providing care home staff including qualified nurses, trained carers, domiciliary staff and managers has already hit the ground running due to word-of-mouth referrals. The new arm of the business is adding an important dimension to the service offering which already includes training centres in Aberdeen and Dundee to ensure that the company can deploy fully trained, competent and skilled staff to care settings.

The Mitchell & Murdoch Group was established in 2019 by registered nurses Deklyn Mitchell and John Murdoch who ploughed years of combined experience in the care sector into bringing a fresh perspective to care provision by prioritising trust, strong connections, well-being and independence in a client-centred environment.
