The full-service law firm is hosting its first free employment law café of the year in Aberdeen next month.
Partner and head of the employment law team, Kirk Tudhope, said: “Our latest event is all about giving anyone whose role includes HR invaluable advice on how to deal fairly and robustly with typical workplace issues.
“These include the removal of tribunal fees and how employers can protect themselves despite the rising number of claims; why disability discrimination can be a challenge when handling misconduct; and the latest holiday pay controversy. And of course, no discussion is complete for employers at the moment without mention of Brexit.
