Kevin Dalgleish, chef patron of Amuse, has been nominated for Outstanding Contribution to the Industry at the upcoming Scran Awards, which celebrate Scotland's thriving dining, drinking and hospitality sector. 

The awards recognise excellence across multiple categories, including Scottish Restaurant of the Year, Best Pub, Scottish Chef of the Year and Best Street Food, highlighting the diverse talent within Scotland's culinary landscape.

Winners will be announced at a special ceremony on Monday, June 23, at Oran Mor in Glasgow's West End, bringing together industry leaders and hospitality professionals from across the country.
