Luxe Scot Events is set to play a key role in one of Aberdeen’s major international gatherings next month, having successfully secured the contract to arrange the social event for the 87th EAGE Annual Conference & Exhibition, which will take place at P&J Live in Aberdeen from 8th to 11th June 2026.

The plan is to create a festival themed experience for around 1,500 delegates, designed to showcase the very best of the North-east of Scotland. The event will feature a food village, drinks stations and an entertainment lawn showcasing a vibrant selection of Scottish talent, including live local bands, ceilidh performances, pipe bands and cultural displays to keep delegates entertained throughout. By combining local character, hospitality and high quality event delivery, the evening will offer visitors a memorable taste of the region while complementing the scale and profile of the annual EAGE conference.
