Bar & Grill at Malmaison Hotel Aberdeen, on 49-53 Queens Road, launched it’s highly anticipated new Spring a la carte menu on Wednesday.

Get ready for warmer days and brighter nights in front of delicious seasonal delights bursting with flavours.

Prepare to tantalize your taste buds with vibrant dishes inspired by the freshest ingredients of the season.

Amongst new arrivals are New York strip steaks, beetroot-cured salmon, beef brisket croquettes, halloumi burgers and more.

A la carte menu is available for lunches (Thursday to Saturday, special Sunday lunch menu applies) and dinners seven days a week.

Spring Sunday Lunch menu launches on Sunday, April 21.

Sunday Lunch kicks off with a seriously impressive feast from the Chef’s Table, including soup, salads, and seafood amongst other delights. Followed by favourites from a variety of Sunday Lunch classics, including roast beef sirloin. It takes Sunday lunch to a whole new level.
