Accountancy and advisory services firm MHA has posted a 12% increase in revenue to £251.3million in its first full year as a public company.

MHA, which has offices in Aberdeen and Edinburgh, this morning revealed its unaudited results for the year ending March 31 2026, its first full year as a public company.

The report revealed group revenue rose 12% to £251.3million, up from £224.1million the previous year.

Adjusted pre-tax profit was also up 11% to £39.2million.

The group's audit and assurance arm contributed around half of the overall revenue.

Rakesh Shaunak, Chief Executive Officer of MHA, commented: "In our first full year as a public company we have grown revenue across all four service lines, extended our international footprint and delivered earnings ahead of expectations.

"It is an encouraging validation of the model we set out at IPO - combining organic growth, selective acquisitions and the discipline of public ownership - and gives us real confidence as we build towards our medium-term ambitions."
