Digital marketing specialist Mission10 has become the latest business to take space in Aurora Aberdeen – the landmark office complex which will bring up to 500 workers into the city centre once fully let.
The SRE Group has transformed the former Caledonian House at the corner of Union Street and Union Row into Aurora Aberdeen, a £5million redevelopment delivering 43,750 square feet of modern, flexible Grade A office space.
The investment forms part of a wider effort to repopulate the city centre and accelerate the regeneration of Union Street, attracting high-value jobs, talent and innovation back into the heart of Aberdeen.
Mission10 has relocated its Aberdeen operations to the building, joining a growing cluster of ambitious businesses that have chosen Aurora as their base. The space has been fitted out by The SRE Group to provide a bespoke, turnkey solution aligned with the company’s operational and team requirements.
Based in Aberdeen, Mission10 is a digital marketing agency supporting B2B and B2C organisations with performance-led marketing services spanning content, SEO, digital advertising and website optimisation. The firm works with clients across a range of sectors, helping businesses grow their reach, strengthen their brand and generate measurable commercial results.
Its decision to locate in Aurora Aberdeen reflects both Mission10’s continued growth and the rising momentum behind Union Street’s transformation.
Steph Eady, Co-founder at Mission10 said: “Aurora Aberdeen offers exactly the kind of modern, flexible environment we were looking for as a growing business.
“Being based right in the heart of the city centre gives our team a fantastic space to collaborate, and it places us alongside a community of ambitious companies who are helping to drive Aberdeen forward.”
Aurora Aberdeen has already attracted a diverse mix of tenants. Climate tech venture studio Ventex was the first to move in, followed by its portfolio company Rahd.AI, which is creating 30 new technology jobs in the city as part of its growth.
Strategic communications consultancy True North Advisors, global manpower provider NES Fircroft, and Aurora Offshore have also chosen the development as their new base, with energy technology firm Rock Flow Dynamics recently confirmed as Aurora’s largest occupier to date.
The addition of Mission10 brings together a growing community of dynamic businesses under one roof, spanning energy technology, offshore services, climate innovation, recruitment, strategic communications, and digital marketing.
Together, these organisations represent hundreds of high-value roles that will help breathe new life into Union Street and provide a tangible signal of Aberdeen’s ongoing economic transformation.
John Grewar, Director at The SRE Group, said: “Mission10 is a fast-growing, ambitious business helping organisations compete and grow through digital marketing, and we are delighted to welcome them to Aurora Aberdeen.
“Their decision to choose Union Street is another strong vote of confidence in the city centre and in what Aurora is becoming – a high-quality business destination for companies that want to grow, attract talent, and be part of Aberdeen’s next chapter.
“This development is about much more than office space. It’s about turning an empty building into a vibrant hub of activity, collaboration, and opportunity, and Mission10 is a great addition to that story.”
Additional space remains available within the building, and The SRE Group is in discussions with a number of organisations interested in joining the growing community at Aurora Aberdeen.
