Who are your customers?
We work with a wide range of clients, including homeowners, property managers, commercial landlords, facilities managers and developers. Whether it’s a one-off clean or a planned maintenance contract, our customers value reliability, safety, and consistent high standards.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
Like many businesses, rising costs are a challenge. The opportunity lies in growing demand for preventative maintenance and planned cleaning contracts, helping clients protect assets, manage risk, and budget more effectively while allowing us to scale sustainably.
What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
You can’t control everything, but you can control how much effort you put in. Focus on consistency, relationships, and reputation. Turn up, do what you say you’ll do, and invest time in your network.
