What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
The biggest challenge facing builders merchants today is maintaining profitable growth in a price sensitive market. Customers are under pressure from rising costs and subdued demand, while merchants face increasing operating costs. For GPH, the key is to remain competitive while delivering excellent availability, service and expertise, building strong, long-term customer relationships.
