NEREC provides specialist exterior and industrial cleaning services across the North-east, from gutter and cladding cleaning to tank, plant, and internal deep cleans. We help organisations protect assets, improve safety, and maintain standards through planned, professional cleaning delivered safely, reliably, and with minimal disruption.
Who are your customers?
We work with commercial and industrial clients, facility managers, factoring companies, local authorities, and energy-sector businesses, alongside domestic customers who need professional exterior cleaning and maintenance support.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
As demand grows, our challenge is reaching and developing new staff who want long-term careers in a hands-on industry. The opportunity is building and training a skilled local team, creating jobs while strengthening our ability to support clients across the region.
What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
