Who are your customers?
Our customers are wonderfully varied - friends looking for a great night out, couples wanting to learn something new, corporate groups, and hospitality professionals working towards qualifications. The one thing they all have in common is a curiosity to explore and enjoy wine.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
Like many small businesses, visibility is always a challenge. But people are looking more than ever for experiences, connection and learning, and that creates a huge opportunity to bring people together through wine.
What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
Say yes to conversations, collaborations and opportunities. Even the ones outside your comfort zone. Some of the best business relationships often start with a simple introduction.
