Who are your customers?
We have customers worldwide, for UKA IT Ops, our customers are predominantly based in the UK, covering a wide range of industries including Energy, Infrastructure, Charities and the Arts. We work with medium sized local businesses to some of the largest operators in the North Sea with well-defined IT services that can be tailored to fit each business’s unique requirements.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
Keeping pace with rapidly evolving technologies, is one of our biggest challenges. A culture of continuous learning helps our team stay ahead of innovation and enables us to deliver practical, effective solutions that help businesses adopt new technologies without unnecessary complexity or technical jargon.
What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
Making time for growth is essential. Investing in training individuals is a win-win for both our people and our business, and it’s one of the biggest drivers of job satisfaction and staff retention, while also enabling us to pass valuable knowledge and expertise on to our customers.
