What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?

What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
Don’t compromise on people. A great hire pays for itself many times over and bad hires cost more than just money. Take the time to get it right, and don’t wait until you “really need” someone to start thinking about it.
What is the best thing about being a Chamber member?
It’s the access! to people, conversations and opportunities you wouldn’t otherwise have. The North-east is a tight-knit business community, and the Chamber is right at the centre of it.
