Reach Video is a strategic video production company in Aberdeen. We work with businesses to shape their message into clear, human stories - films that help audiences understand, trust, and act, supporting marketing, sales, recruitment, and fundraising goals.
Who are your customers?
We partner with businesses and organisations who need to communicate more clearly and build trust. Typically they're business owners who do exceptional work but often lose out to louder, flashier competitors or marketing and communications professionals who need complex initiatives to land with the right people. Both need their message understood and acted upon. Strategic storytelling is how we get them there.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
The challenge is that everyone claims to tell stories now. The opportunity is that very few actually do. AI-generated content is flooding every channel and scepticism is growing. Trust has never been more valuable, or more fragile. People are craving what's real. At the same time, AI-powered search increasingly favours clear, authentic, human content over polished, generic output. That's always been what we do. Right now, the demand for it has never been greater.
What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
Substance should win - but only if people understand your value quickly enough to care. Don't assume your quality speaks for itself. Find the story that makes it impossible to ignore.
What is the best thing about being a Chamber member?
Being part of a community of businesses that care about doing things properly. That's exactly who we exist to help.
