Who are your customers?

I work with business owners, managing directors and leadership teams who want practical support with people challenges, leadership capability, organisational development, HR systems and employee engagement. 

What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?

The challenge is helping organisations navigate constant change while maintaining engagement and performance. The opportunity is that more leaders are recognising the value of coaching-style, authentic leadership, creating a growing appetite for developing people, not just managing processes.

What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?

Invest in your leaders. The quality of leadership influences culture, engagement, retention and performance more than almost anything else. The best leaders aren't the ones with all the answers; they're the ones who create the environment where others can succeed. Give them the tools, make them accountable and see the performance of your organisation positively shift.

What is the best thing about being a Chamber member?
