Name: Grant Campbell

Company: Strikers

Job Title: Director

Give us the elevator pitch for your business.

Strikers is a modern newly refurbished indoor sports facility in Aberdeen, providing year-round space for businesses, clubs and charities. With football pitches, padel courts and a versatile multi-sport court, we help organisations improve wellbeing, team engagement and performance through flexible, high-quality sport and activity.

Who are your customers?

We work with businesses delivering corporate wellbeing and team-building programmes, alongside clubs and charities using the facility for training and activity. We also support children, families and schools through coaching, camps and wider community engagement.

What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?

Our biggest challenge is continuing to evolve perceptions of Strikers and fully communicate the breadth of what we now offer. While many know us for traditional pitch hire, we’ve developed into a modern multi-sport and wellbeing facility for businesses, clubs and charities. This also presents a strong opportunity to grow new audiences and expand usage across our full offering, including padel, futsal and our multi-sport space.

What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?

Investing in your people and their wellbeing is increasingly important and can have a real impact on performance and culture. There is growing demand for team-building and social experiences that go beyond traditional approaches, and facilities like Strikers can support that shift.

What is the best thing about being a Chamber member?

The network is invaluable. It creates opportunities to connect with other businesses, build partnerships and raise awareness of what we offer. For us, it’s a great platform to develop relationships and showcase how Strikers can support wellbeing, engagement and activity across the region.
