What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
The North East and Highlands is benefiting from significant investment across construction, infrastructure, oil & gas and renewable energy, creating strong demand for skilled workers at all levels.
While this growth has increased competition, it is also an opportunity for businesses over the next 5-10 years to move talent between sectors, invest in workforce skills development, and build sustainable teams for the future.

It may have been said a lot - but make the most of your membership! Attend the events and network with other businesses in Aberdeen and the North East. The speed networking is a fantastic event to attend, and you never know when a contact comes in handy!
