Rainbow Rogues is a growing Scottish charity delivering early, preventative family support across Aberdeenshire. Through our Connect & Grow model, we combine inclusive child-centred environments, family support, peer connection, and open-access counselling to strengthen families and prevent crisis before it happens.
Who are your customers?
We currently support children up to Primary 1, alongside parents and carers across Aberdeenshire. Our open-access counselling service is available from age 4 upwards. Due to growing demand, we are expanding our model to reach more children and families beyond early years.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
Demand is growing significantly across Aberdeenshire. Our challenge is ensuring sustainable funding to continue delivering early support services. The opportunity is clear: partnering with local businesses who want to create measurable, preventative impact in the communities they operate in.
What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
