We work with clients at different stages of their financial journey, from professionals building wealth to business owners planning an exit, people approaching retirement and families looking to protect and pass wealth thoughtfully to the next generation.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organising is facing right now?
Our biggest challenge is the growing complexity created by continual changes to pension and tax legislation. However, that same complexity creates an opportunity for our highly qualified team to help clients overcome these challenges through joined-up financial planning that considers their whole life, rather than decisions in isolation.
What is your word of advice for your fellow Chamber members?
Put a financial plan in place! Start with the life you want to live and when you would like to achieve financial independence. A financial planner will help you optimise what your money needs to do, where it should be invested and review regularly to ensure you are on track.
What is the best thing about being a Chamber member?
Being part of the Aberdeen business community and having a closer understanding of what is happening across the region. Chamber membership keeps us connected to local businesses and gives us a valuable perspective on the issues shaping Aberdeen.
