ExecSpace are a meetings venue finding agency that helps customers save time, hassle and money on sourcing a venue or hotel for a meeting or event, including booking bedrooms and restaurants. We can help with booking travel, keynote speakers, exhibition stands, entertainment, ground transportation and delegate management – any service related to meetings and events, we can help with, across the UK and Worldwide.
Who are your customers?
In the main we look after Professional Services, Wealth & Investment and Energy Industries together with Scottish Government departments.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
Keeping up with hospitality new openings and restaurant closures – this is an ever-moving feast, and we want to keep our venue knowledge as up to date as possible to offer our customers the best cost-effective options. Our opportunities are endless, there are so many companies that don’t have the resource or expertise to find the right venue and consider all the elements of booking an event, whilst not getting caught out with hidden costs and reduced attendee cancellation fees. It can be difficult to navigate!
