What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
The biggest challenge we face currently is the dip in business confidence due to global economic pressures, the impact of the Energy Profits Levy and policy uncertainty creating a more cautious approach to hiring. Yet within that caution lies real opportunity and we are seeing a renewed vigour for progress in hiring, and a rise in more decisive action, with a bolder, entrepreneurial and forward‑thinking approach,
