What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
Our biggest challenge right now is balancing rapid, reliable service delivery in a highly demanding and safety-critical supply chain, while maintaining strong growth across both local and international markets. Ensuring availability, compliance, and responsiveness, particularly in sectors where downtime is costly and safety standards are extremely high continues to put pressure on operations and logistics.
At the same time, this also presents a significant opportunity. There is growing demand locally across Aberdeen and the North East for trusted, responsive suppliers of specialist PPE, particularly from smaller businesses and contractors who need dependable support without long lead times. By strengthening these local relationships, LHR Marine can build a more resilient customer base close to home.
