Who are your customers?
Our customers are small and medium-sized businesses across Aberdeen and the North-east who depend on technology to run efficiently. We typically work with business owners and operations managers who want secure, reliable IT and to get the most from their investment from platforms like Microsoft 365.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
Technology is evolving faster than ever, particularly around cybersecurity and AI. The challenge is keeping ahead of that change while growing sustainably. The opportunity is helping local businesses use technology safely and effectively, rather than feeling overwhelmed or unsure about it.
What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. That’s how you learn and move forward. Keep adapting, keep investing in your people, and focus on steady progress.
