Give us the elevator pitch for your business.
In high-hazard industries, safety and efficiency depend on having the right people, with the right skills, ready for the job. Yet most organisations still rely on spreadsheets, manual processes, or generic LMS tools that track training completions but can’t prove competence.
The Chorus platform combines e-learning, training records, compliance management, and competence verification in one integrated system, built for contractor-heavy, safety-critical environments. By proving workforce readiness, Chorus helps leaders cut compliance risk, accelerate mobilisation, stay audit-ready, and keep operations running without disruption.
Who are your customers?
We work with organisations in some of the most demanding, highly regulated industries such as energy, utilities and heavy infrastructure. Many of our customers manage multi-site, multi-location operations, and rely heavily on contractors, so they need training that they can rely on. We help them deliver robust, compliant training solutions that support safe working practices and the transition to a lower-carbon future.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
The energy sector is changing fast, and regulation is changing with it. Organisations are facing higher safety expectations, tighter compliance, and increasing operational complexity. That creates a real need for training that’s consistent, scalable, and practical, building genuine workforce competence, strengthening compliance, and giving businesses the confidence to keep pace with ongoing change.
What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
Make workforce competence a priority, not just a box-ticking exercise. Well-designed, consistent training helps people build real skills, so they can keep up as regulations change, technology advances and the energy landscape evolves.
What is the best thing about being a Chamber member?
Membership of AGCC gives us a valuable platform to connect with the region’s energy, utilities and infrastructure community and to contribute to conversations that matter to our industry.
