Who are your customers?
Families, business owners, and High Net Worth individuals looking for robustly practical solutions not just a restatement of the law. From tax and estate planning to property and commercial matters we have been supporting clients since 1754. The law may have changed since then but the need for quality personal advice hasn’t.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
Keeping pace with changing tax rules while growing our executry services to offer faster, fixed-fee options. At the same time, we see opportunities to build upon our existing clients from the broader business, which was enlarged when we acquired well known North-east firms Gavin Bain and Taggart Meil Mathers.
What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
HMRC looks seven years ahead – plan at least seven years ahead to protect your wealth.
