We help homeowners reduce their energy bills and carbon footprint through renewable heating. We specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of air source heat pumps across the North-east. It’s about helping people make the switch to cleaner, more efficient heating — with a local team they can trust.
Who are your customers?
Our customers are homeowners, small housing developers, and local businesses embracing more efficient, sustainable alternatives to gas or oil heating. Many want to future-proof their homes, lower their energy bills, and make environmentally responsible choices with local guidance they can trust.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
Our biggest challenge is awareness. Heat pumps are still widely misunderstood - from how they work to whether they’re suitable for older or rural homes.
Our biggest opportunity is education. When people understand the comfort, reliability and long-term savings a properly designed system can deliver, confidence grows.
By continuing to demystify the technology and share real results from local installations, we have a genuine opportunity to lead the transition to renewable heating in the North-east.
What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
Stay true to your values and focus on doing the right thing. Business is about people — relationships, reputation, and trust. Keep learning, keep adapting, and never underestimate the power of looking after your customers and your team.

Being part of the Chamber keeps us connected. It’s a great way to share experiences, learn from others, and build partnerships locally. Running a small business can be isolating at times, so having a network that supports collaboration and celebrates local success is invaluable.
