Who are your customers?
Our customers include commercial diving contractors, ROV operators, offshore energy businesses, defence organisations, marine scientists, survey teams and other underwater specialists. We support customers worldwide, directly and through our international distributor network, from product selection and technical guidance to complete system configurations.
What is the biggest challenge and opportunity your organisation is facing right now?
Our biggest challenge is scaling carefully as demand and product development opportunities grow while specialist engineering and manufacturing capacity remain finite. Our expanded Aberdeen facility, stronger in-house capability and new product pipeline provide an opportunity to serve more global customers without compromising quality, reliability or personal support.
What is your word of advice for fellow Chamber members?
Stay close to your customers and keep listening. The best opportunities often come from properly understanding a practical problem, then responding with consistency. Strong local relationships can also open doors, encourage knowledge sharing and make ambitious growth feel more achievable.
What is the best thing about being a Chamber member?
