Global logistics specialist, Petrasco, is exhibiting at Offshore Europe this week (September 2-5). The company, which celebrated its 50th anniversary last year, is looking forward to welcoming clients, suppliers and business contacts to its stand as part of Europe's largest energy exhibition and conference.
Taking place at P&J Live, Aberdeen, the four-day event will welcome more than 30,000 UK and international visitors with 500 exhibiting companies showcasing their products and expertise.
The Petrasco team can be found at Stand 2L40, located in Hall 2, as part of the OGV Pavilion, where they will be providing insight on the latest logistics developments as well as advice on emerging markets and regions.
This year marks the first time Petrasco has exhibited at Offshore Europe as a standalone business, having previously shared a stand alongside other Denholm Energy Services group companies.
Niall Young, Alan Green, Ross Cochrane, Tom Carmichael, and Kevin Buchan.
Petrasco is also a silver sponsor of the Offshore Europe drinks reception, held at the OGV Taproom on Wednesday evening, where energy industry professionals will come together to network and unwind at the halfway point of the conference.
Commenting ahead of the conference opening, Kevin Buchan, managing director at Petrasco, said: “We are excited to officially get Offshore Europe underway after months of preparations and look forward to the chance to connect with new contacts and old friends alike.
“Following our 50th anniversary last year, we are pleased to build on this milestone by exhibiting on our own for the very first time with the opportunity to welcome clients, suppliers and industry partners to our stand over the course of the week.
“It promises to be a fantastic occasion and a chance to showcase the depth of skills and experience possessed across the industry, particularly the talented businesses in the north-east of Scotland.”
With its headquarters in Dyce, Aberdeen complemented by regional hubs in Dubai and Houston, Petrasco’s strength lies in its local, on-the-spot decision making and reputation as a trusted expert for specialised logistics solutions for the global energy industry.
The past 50 years have seen Petrasco evolve from a solely Aberdeen-focused company to one with international reach, which makes it ideally placed to provide expert knowledge on emerging markets and trends through its network of strategic partners.
Building on the success and growth of the business over the past five decades, Petrasco continues to evolve and expand its range of key services: everything from air, road and sea freight to customs compliance and in-country support.
