Mike has held several senior international roles, consistently ensuring that people, equipment and projects are aligned to deliver safe and efficient outcomes. Most recently, he served as Quality & Continual Improvement Manager at ScanTech Offshore, where he led performance improvement initiatives and strengthened management systems.
