MISS launch weekly online activities with help from local businesses

MISS (Miscarriage Information Support Service) have had to cancel their Family Fun Day planned for Sunday 14th June due to COVID-19 Government restrictions on events. However, to support their members, the wider public and local businesses, MISS have started organising weekly online activities from the beginning of May.

The activities are all done together with Grampian businesses and include Footstars (football-based exercise for children), Elevating Life (explaining the benefits of essentials oils during these challenging times), Omniscient Safety Innovations (a ‘mini medics’ first aid session for children), Mindful Stonehaven (positive mental health strategies), Mike's Pizza Gaff (artisan pizza), Belle Ame Makeup Artistry (wedding and event make up), and Mike Macdermid (singer/songwriter).

These will all be live on the main MISS Facebook page on Saturdays from 10-11am and will be recorded for catch up viewing too.

All sessions are free of charge and open to anyone. MISS are also running a drawing competition for children and a ‘name the teddy’ competition which you can be involved with by emailing info@miscarriageinfosuppservice.co.uk.

Thank you for all your support!
