Integrity QHSE is pleased to announce that Mitali Arora has joined the business as Digital Content & Growth Executive, bringing a strong combination of digital marketing, market research, communications and customer-focused experience to the team.
Mitali holds a Master of Science from Robert Gordon University, graduating with Merit, alongside a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from the University of Delhi. Her academic background and experience across digital marketing, content creation, and customer engagement, provides a valuable foundation for her new role at Integrity QHSE.
Prior to joining Integrity QHSE, Mitali worked as a Retail Sales Advisor with EE where she consistently achieved a 100% Net Promoter Score across customer interactions. Her experience in understanding customer needs, building relationships and communicating effectively supports Integrity QHSE's focus on delivering an excellent client experience.
Mitali also brings hands-on digital marketing experience, having developed SEO content, social media strategies, email campaigns and forward-planned content programmes. In her new role, Mitali will focus on Integrity QHSE's digital presence, developing engaging content, supporting communications and contributing to continued growth.
