Molly’s Bistro, the much-loved independent restaurant on Market Street in Aberdeen’s vibrant Shiprow Village, is getting ready to mark Burns Night with a feast worthy of the “Great Chieftain o’ the pudding race.”
From Friday 23 to Sunday 25 January, the bistro will serve a specially curated Burns Supper menu celebrating Scotland’s most iconic flavours. Guests can start with hearty Scotch Broth before enjoying the traditional star of the evening... Haggis, served warm and rich with champit tatties and bashed neeps. To finish, a homemade traditional Cranachan with shortbread offers a sweet taste of Scottish heritage, accompanied by freshly brewed coffee and a bite of Scottish tablet.
Two-course dining is available for £25, or guests can indulge in the full three-course experience for £30. And, of course, no Burns celebration would be complete without a dram. Molly’s impressive whisky selection will be on-hand for those wanting to sample a nip or two.
Known for serving fresh local favourites seven days a week, Molly’s Bistro promises a warm, welcoming setting for friends, families and visitors to toast the Bard in style. Book early to avoid missing out on this special celebration.
