The fund will offer a one-off award to organisations which are able to provide evidence (contracts, correspondence, promotional information) of the arrangement and subsequent cancellation or postponement of activity due to COVID restrictions. This can include the cancellation or postponement of performances, productions, exhibitions and shows from which organisations would have received income. More information can be found here. The Scottish Brewers Support Fund 2022 will provide financial support to eligible breweries directly affected by the public health advice and guidance introduced from 9 December 2021 to 24 January 2022 to control the coronavirus Omicron variant. Businesses do not need to apply – local authorities will contact businesses directly. Funding boost for local councils - An amendment will be brought forward during Stage 2 of the Budget Bill to allocate an additional £120 million to local authorities.
