Two more businesses have moved into Aurora Aberdeen under a £5million effort to support the regeneration of Union Street.
True North Advisors and NES Fircroft have become the latest tenants to take space in the landmark office complex, which will bring 500 workers into the city centre once fully let.
The SRE Group has turned the former Caledonian House at the corner of Union Street and Union Row into Aurora Aberdeen – a 45,000 square foot hub of modern, flexible ‘Grade A’ office space.
The investment is part of a wider effort to repopulate the city centre and revitalise Union Street – bringing more high-value jobs, talent and innovation back into the heart of Aberdeen.

Commenting on the move to Aurora Aberdeen, Fergus Mutch said: “We believe in Aberdeen – and that’s why we’re investing in the city centre. Aurora gives us the space, flexibility and creative environment we need to grow our team and support clients at the highest level.
“It also places us in the middle of a vibrant and changing part of the city, which we’re excited to be part of.”
