Dave Acton, CEO @ Motive Offshore Group commented: “We’ve always been a client-first company, but as Motive continues to scale, our biggest priority is ensuring this never comes at the cost of the responsive, personalised service our clients know they can expect.

"As we continue to expand, we want to ensure our growth directly benefits our clients and partners. Bringing our commercial teams under unified leadership allows us to offer a more straightforward client interface, effectively removing layers of complexity to accelerate project delivery and simplify the procurement process.

"Appointed as our Americas Regional Director in 2024, Jonny has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of our markets.

"His exceptional understanding of Motive and our client base makes Jonny the ideal leader to ensure our continued expansion always stays anchored in what’s best for the people we serve.”

Jonathan Watt added: “I’m thrilled to take on this new role and to continue building on the trust we’ve earned with our clients over the years.

"This new structure isn’t about changing who we are, it’s about enabling us to become more agile and an even more proactive partner, ensuring we are organised to deliver the best value possible for our clients by making Motive easier to engage with, regardless of the sector or scale of the project.”
