Namaka Compliance recently launched its new graded Outsourced Competence Assurance Support (OCAS) services. 

Before, having a Competence Management System (CMS) was always seen as costly and only for those in highly regulated sectors and either at operator or Tier 1 EPc level. However, this takes away the opportunity for smaller organisations to have a structured CMS for a cost-effective price. 

To this end Namaka Compliance has created bronze, silver and gold support, whilst the Bronze will satisfy the requirements of Operators, it just means the amount of support will be based on the model that they choose but also allow organisations to have access to Namaka’s competence specialists and the use of our bespoke competence software ‘Athena’.

The support will be minimal as in comparison to those who are high risk and will require more regular support under either silver or gold awards. 

This now allows smaller organisations with maybe minimal personnel within the Energy Sector to have a CMS where they couldn’t afford it beforehand and rather than one lump cost of the development this is now paid per month assisting with organisations cash flow, which is critical for smaller businesses.
