After ten days of ceremony, tributes and mourning, the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth will take place in London later this morning.

More than two million are expected to travel to London to watch the state funeral, which begins at 11am after the King and senior royals follow the coffin from Westminster Abbey.

The service today will be attended by more than 100 foreign royals, presidents and prime ministers. Afterwards the King and other members of the royal family will follow the coffin on foot as it is carried on a gun carriage drawn by naval ratings to Wellington Arch, before being driven to Windsor.

Elements of the State Funeral Service and the associated ceremonial arrangements will pay tribute to The Queen’s extraordinary reign, and Her Majesty’s remarkable life of service as Head of State, Nation and Commonwealth. The Order of Service can be downloaded below:

The service will be conducted by the Dean of Westminster. During the service, the Prime Minister and the Secretary General of the Commonwealth will read lessons.

The Archbishop of York, the Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster, the Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland and the Free Churches Moderator will say prayers.

The sermon will be given by the Archbishop of Canterbury, who will also give the Commendation. The Dean of Westminster will then pronounce the blessing.

Following the service, the Queen's coffin will be drawn in a walking procession from Westminster Abbey to Wellington Arch, at London's Hyde Park Corner.

With the route lined with military personnel and police, Big Ben will toll at one-minute intervals as the procession moves slowly through the streets of the capital. Gun salutes will also fire every minute from Hyde Park.

Once again the King will lead members of the Royal Family walking behind the gun carriage bearing the Queen's coffin.

Once at Wellington Arch, at about 1pm, the coffin will be transferred to the new State Hearse for its final journey to Windsor Castle.
