neoworx is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join its team as a Part-Time Host.
As the first point of contact for members, visitors and guests, the Host will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional and positive workplace experience. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a genuine passion for hospitality and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
A People-Focused Role
The Host will be responsible for welcoming members, visitors and guests, building strong relationships with the neoworx community and providing day-to-day support. From answering enquiries and managing reception communications to coordinating meeting room bookings, the role will help ensure everything runs smoothly for members and their businesses.
The Host will also play an important part in maintaining the high standards of the neoworx workspace. This includes checking communal areas and meeting rooms, identifying maintenance or housekeeping requirements and ensuring the building remains welcoming, professional and well presented.
Supporting the Member Experience
The role will involve supporting members throughout their journey at neoworx, from onboarding new companies and preparing offices to assisting with move-ins and move-outs.
The Host will also help manage deliveries, mail, office supplies and internal systems, while supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks. There will also be opportunities to get involved in member events, networking activities and community initiatives, helping to create the connected and welcoming environment that neoworx is known for.
The Ideal Candidate
neoworx is looking for someone who is professional, approachable, organised and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, work independently and remain calm and professional in a busy environment.
Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, customer service, serviced offices, coworking spaces or a similar front-of-house role would be highly desirable. Experience in a premium, member-focused environment would also be advantageous.
Most importantly, the ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality, an eye for detail and a commitment to creating an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through the doors.
