Blackburn-based exterior cleaning specialists, NEREC Ltd, have been shortlisted as a finalist in two categories at this year’s Trades Awards 2025:

The Trades Awards celebrate the best of the North-East’s trades and construction industry, recognising businesses and individuals who go above and beyond to deliver excellence.
Since launching in early 2023, NEREC Ltd has grown rapidly, delivering specialist exterior cleaning services across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Moray, and beyond. Their nomination in both categories reflects the company’s dedication to delivering a high-quality, customer-first service, as well as their impressive progress in establishing themselves as one of Scotland’s leading exterior cleaning providers.
Founder and managing director Andrew Bruce said: “To be recognised in not just one, but two categories is a huge achievement for our team.
