RE-Mind @ Muirfield has announced a new Scottish Mental Health First Aid and Suicide Prevention training programme in Aberdeen, delivered in partnership with Ardoe House Hotel & Spa and fully approved and certified by Public Health Scotland.
The two-day training course will take place at Ardoe House Hotel & Spa on 25 and 26 March 2026, running from 9.30am to 4.30pm each day. The programme is designed to help individuals and organisations recognise the signs of mental health challenges and respond confidently and appropriately in the workplace and wider community.
The course forms part of the RE-Mind @ Muirfield workplace mental health support programme, which focuses on helping organisations strengthen their approach to employee wellbeing while improving overall performance. The programme combines mental health expertise with senior business experience to provide practical support tailored to organisational needs.
Jim Gibbon, managing director of Muirfield, said: “Mental health awareness and early intervention are becoming increasingly important for organisations of all sizes. Through the RE-Mind programme we aim to give people the confidence and practical tools to recognise when someone may be struggling and respond in a supportive and constructive way.
“Partnering with Ardoe House Hotel & Spa allows us to deliver this training in a professional and accessible environment while providing participants with recognised Scottish Mental Health First Aid certification approved by Public Health Scotland.”
A limited number of places remain available on the March training sessions in Aberdeen.
