Graham + Sibbald is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Michel as Director in its Aberdeen office, further strengthening the firm's multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy services across the North-east of Scotland.
Andrew joins the business with over 18 years of experience in the built environment, bringing extensive expertise in building surveying, project management and the delivery of complex property projects across a wide range of sectors.
A Chartered Building Surveyor, Andrew most recently worked with CBRE/Turner & Townsend, where he was involved in the delivery of numerous property and construction projects, providing strategic advice and technical expertise to clients. Throughout his career, he has developed a strong track record in building surveying, project management, refurbishment and asset improvement, supporting clients in achieving their property and business objectives. His combination of technical surveying expertise and project delivery experience gives him a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing clients throughout the property lifecycle, enabling him to provide practical, commercially focused solutions that deliver long-term value.
