Adaptive Surveys have gone from strength to strength in the last 12 months and are carrying that momentum into 2026 with the appointment of Riess Nisbet as business development manager.
Riess joins the team from NorDan UK Ltd where he has spent the last five years driving their business development and sales strategy. He brings over 14 years of experience in the construction and oil & gas industries.

In my new role, I’m looking forward to showcasing the depth of expertise across our business and bringing my experience in continuous improvement into a new environment, helping to enhance our brand and strengthen partnerships.”

The Adaptive Group now includes AdaptiveBIM, a new venture launched at the end of 2025 to deliver comprehensive BIM solutions for the construction sector. In addition to driving business development across core services, Riess will spearhead the growth of AdaptiveBIM, positioning the group as a leader in integrated survey and BIM support.
