Nicolas Payer will succeed Ferdinando Rigardo as CEO of NEO NEXT+ with effect from November 1.
Aberdeen-based NEO NEXT+ aspires to be a safe, top-tier operator on the UKCS that generates leading financial returns. It is committed to being a responsible and efficient operator, with a focus on resilience, yield and growth.
Nicolas brings 30 years of experience in the energy sector to his new role as CEO. Nicolas’ previous roles include Managing Director of TotalEnergies Exploration & Production UK from 2023 and he has held senior level international roles throughout TotalEnergies prior to this.
