Aberdeen-headquartered decommissioning specialist NMC Energy has announced a new executive leadership structure to support the company's continued expansion and position the business for its next phase of growth.
The appointments follow a period of sustained momentum for the business, including significant contract wins, continued recruitment and its recent move to new headquarters on Union Street, creating a leadership team focused on supporting operational delivery while driving long-term strategic growth.
Former Managing Director Konstantin Nazaruk has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, a newly created position responsible for the company's long-term strategy, business growth, strategic partnerships and corporate development.
Former Commercial Director Graeme Hogg has been appointed Managing Director and will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, overseeing project delivery, operational performance, governance and client relationships while working closely with the wider leadership team to deliver NMC Energy's long-term strategy. The Executive Leadership Team also includes Projects & Operations Director Craig Matthew and Technical Director Arran Bastable, providing continuity alongside the company's expanded leadership structure.
Supporting the executive team are several newly created department head roles, including Kenneth Nicolson as Head of Projects, Paul Dempster as Head of Business Services and Gary Mitchell as Head of HSEQ. Arran Bastable will also undertake the role of Head of Engineering on an interim basis, with a Head of Construction appointment to be announced in due course.
