Nominations have this morning officially opened in the Scottish Labour leadership contest.
The window for nominations will remain open for two weeks, closing on Monday August 17 before party members and affiliated supporters cast their votes between August 28 and September 17.
The new leader is expected to be announced on September 19.
The contest was sparked after Anas Sarwar stepped down last month in order to become a minister in Andy Burnham's UK Government.
MSPs Monica Lennon, Michael Marra and Joe Fagan have all confirmed their bids to be his successor.
Lennon has grabbed headlines by warning Scottish Labour risked "oblivion" without "radical and fast change", while Marra, the North East Scotland MSP, has been tipped to bring more focus on the region should his bid be successful.
The BBC has reported other names linked with a possible leadership bid include Dame Jackie Baillie, Edinburgh Southern MSP Daniel Johnson, and Glasgow regional MSP Paul Sweeney.
